Packaging Material Options
PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and foil-based laminates are possible starting points. Compare print, sealing, barrier and handling needs against the actual coffee, equipment, storage and distribution conditions.
One-Way Degassing Valves
A one-way valve may be considered for roasted coffee. Match the valve option to the coffee, filling timing, pouch format and packing process; it does not replace finished-pack or shelf-life validation.
Validation Before Production
Use a size sample, printed proof or production-material trial as appropriate. Validate the filled pack with the actual coffee, equipment, storage, distribution and written acceptance criteria before approving production.
