Kazuo Beiyin Paper and Plastic Packing Co., Ltd. ("Beiyin Packaging", "we", "us" or "our") is a custom flexible-packaging manufacturer based in Liaoning Province, China. This policy applies to beiyinpackaging.com, our inquiry and CRM workflows, and business conversations conducted through WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. Information we collect

• Inquiry and contact details, such as your name, company, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and the content of your request.
• Project information you choose to provide, including packaging type, dimensions, materials, artwork, target quantity, delivery market and attachments.
• WhatsApp communication data, including your WhatsApp identifier, profile or display name where supplied by WhatsApp, messages, attachments, delivery status and conversation timestamps.
• Website and technical data, such as pages and actions, referral and campaign parameters, first-party visit identifiers, and limited browser, device or network information used for security and performance.
• Business records created during quotation, sampling, order fulfilment, customer support and compliance work.

3. Why we use information

• To answer inquiries, prepare quotations, assess packaging requirements and provide samples or support.
• To route inquiries to an authorized team member, maintain customer and lead records, and preserve conversation history in our CRM.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website and communications, and to measure which campaigns generate legitimate business inquiries.
• To meet contractual, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, regulatory and legal obligations.

4. WhatsApp and service providers

When you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta Platforms and WhatsApp process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Webhook events for our business number may be delivered to our secured CRM so authorized Beiyin personnel can review and follow up on the conversation.

We may use hosting, cloud infrastructure, email, CRM, security and analytics providers to operate these services. They may process information only as needed to provide their services or meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information.

5. International transfers and security

Because we serve international customers and use global communication and hosting providers, information may be processed outside your country. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, encrypted transport and protected credential storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Inquiry and messaging records may be retained while a business relationship is active and for any additional period required for contracts, tax, fraud prevention, disputes, product traceability or legal compliance. When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information, or object to certain uses.
