User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Submit a deletion request

Email ceo@foodpackingbag.com with the subject “User Data Deletion Request”. Please send the request from the email address associated with your inquiry where possible.

• Your name and company, if previously supplied.
• The business email address and/or WhatsApp telephone number linked to the records.
• The approximate date and subject of the inquiry or conversation.
• A clear description of the data or account records you want deleted.

2. Verification

To protect customers from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to confirm control of the relevant email address or telephone number, or provide other limited information already present in the record. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.

3. What we will do

After reasonable verification, we will search the systems we control and delete or anonymize information that is no longer required. This may include website inquiries, CRM contact or lead records, and copies of WhatsApp message content stored in our CRM.

We normally complete a verified request within 30 days and will notify you when the request is closed or if additional time is reasonably necessary.

4. Information we may retain

We may retain limited information when required for an active order, contract, accounting or tax record, fraud or security prevention, product traceability, a legal claim, or another obligation under applicable law. Where possible, we restrict or separate such information and delete it after the applicable requirement ends.

Deletion from systems controlled by Meta or WhatsApp must be requested through those providers’ own privacy tools. We can delete the copies held in systems we control but cannot independently erase records they are legally or operationally required to keep.
